WARNING
This is not a "stand in the back and watch" kind of job.
Our crew sets the stage, runs activities, connects with clients, supports each other, moves some gear, and helps bring the energy from setup to send-off.

MAKE AN IMPACT
Help people build on their leadership skills like confidence, communication skills all using the power of play!
BE PART OF A TEAM
Work alongside good people who support one another and take pride in what they create together.
No TWO DAYS THE SAME
Schools, businesses, community events, games, music, travel, and a little bit of controlled chaos.
Flexibility
Choose the program opportunities that work with your schedule.
(Most happen during the school day)
YOU MIGHT BE A GOOD FIT IF...

COMFORTABLE JOING THE ACTION
You don’t have to be the loudest- just willing to speak up and jump in.

YOU FOLLOW THROUGH
You communicate clearly, arrive prepared, and do what you said you would do.

I'VE GOT A
LICENSE
I'M NOT AFRAID TO USE IT.
You have dependable transportation and can travel to programs throughout NJ.

OPTIMISTIC ENERGY
You stay steady, encourage others, and help the team move forward when plans change.

YOU CAN BE PLAYFUL & PROFESSIONAL
You can be silly, read the room, and still represent Lead U well.
YOU DON'T NEED TO BE A TEACHER OR PROFESSIONAL PERFORMER
You do need to be coachable, patient, responsible, comfortable working with kids and adults, and ready to be part of a team.

WHAT YOU'LL MAKE HAPPEN

GET THE SPACE READY
Set up activities, sound equipment, props, supplies, and whatever else the program needs.

SUPPORT THE EXPERIENCE
Welcome participants, occasionally lead small groups, be a silly goose, support discussions, and encourage people to join in.

HELP THE PROGRAM
RUN SMOOTHLY
Manage groups safely and respectfully, use program equipment, communicate with the crew, and adjust when the plan changes.
